| Executive Leadership Roundtables

Participants in this program will experience a structured, confidential and collaborative opportunity to strengthen the personal leadership and management skills and that of the nonprofit ecosystem through networking, learning, and mutual support.  Monthly, executive directors/chief executive officers will come together in a cohort of up to 6 people representing a cross-section of organizations from non-competing mission areas (i.e., health, education, arts/culture, youth development, climate, etc.).  

| Board Leadership Roundtables

Participants in this program will experience a structured, confidential and collaborative opportunity to strengthen the nonprofit board leadership ecosystem. Through networking, learning, and mutual support, current and aspiring board leaders will come together on a monthly basis in a cohort of up to 6 people representing a cross-section of organizations from non-competing mission areas (i.e., health, education, arts/culture, youth development, climate, etc.).

Format: 90-minute monthly in-person gathering. Each session will focus on three core elements:

Connecting

Strengthening relationships among each other as leaders 

Learning

Developing and strengthening key skills and competencies in their respective roles via peer-learning and guest experts

Supporting

Sharing challenges, opportunities facing individual leaders, organizations, and/or the industry, and offering experience-based feedback and encouragement

Over the course of the year, each participant will have two opportunities to host the roundtable at their organization. The host will set the “Learning” agenda and lead off the “Support” portion of the sessions they host. Human Service Innovations (HSI)  will provide conversation facilitation and secure educational resources as needed to support the learning content.

Fee: $250 per participant
